A droplet of water from sky has a choice to fall into the flower to become nectar, fall into ground and nourish it, vaporize itself for coming back again or fall into the ocean and merge with it.
Karma gives one choice, being with a Guru is like merging into ocean, you have to know I am one with Him then only everything else merges back to the source, the choice is being and merging with Guru, this is Tula-Karma. Tula Karma means a balanced Karma.
It allows one to transcend everything, everything one has strived for, everything one holds true, everything one holds precious for in the ocean, no one drop is bigger than the other, Ocean knows which drops have to become rain again, become nectar again or be absorbed so it is in the hands of the ocean, not the drop then.
Certain droplets never merge with ocean but they take the choice of falling into one of the debris and they are nowhere, for they want to connect with ocean but also want to hold on to the debris, so what happens oceans tries to reach them giving them solace, peace but the droplet is so persistent in holding the debris that it finally burns away to become a droplet with more confused choices.
The moment one is able to drop the Debris of Ego, passion, choices, perceived conditions, one is able to connect to the presence of subtle energy. With Debris one feels that one is obliging the subtle energy to tune the Conditioned mind in the conditioned form of conditional relation.
