Svara Vijnana

I have been invited to give a talk on Svara Vijnan the science of Subtle breath at Spiritual Center, Sampoorna Montford College, Old Madras Road, Bangalore. The whole process is going to be a wonderful experience both to the listener and me.

SVPosterThe core of the session is relative and yet very profound for it is related to the core of the self in the most natural format. Svara Vijnana is the core for all science, like ART of Breathing is the anatomy of the Breath, Svara Vijnana is the Subtle Anatomy of Breath. Subtle variations of the breath and its fine tuning can really help one to attain the beauty of knowing the mystical world of Kundalini, Chakra and Energy as one moves deeper into the aspect of the truth that remains profoundly hidden behind layers of conditions and norms that one holds as truth.

Surely it is not possible for anyone to talk everything about Svara in such a short period even the course is in itself is not easily grasped for the body is so conditioned that often as time moves on the practitioner finds the true essence of the energy, matter and consciousness that allows one to realize the depth of subtle body in its beautiful nature without going through complicated chants or rituals but using subtle energy forms to tap into the core of energy in the easiest manner.

It is a beginning of a new journey into oneself in the most natural and comfortable manner so I would love to share what I have gained and learned to everyone.

Walking the path of self is a condition but being on the path of selflessness brings one about to the pathless way. Come on the way of knowing the way and in the process bring about a change within to get liberated.
