When one makes a habit of claiming a captured moment in time and space as that of therapy and healing, he is actually fooling oneself and trying to create a pseudo effect of the same for others to relate to. Professional photographers and Directors follow this scripted pattern but they neglect the true essence of the energy which has already moved on in time and space and left the moment created there and then itself.
The moment captured is holding only a projected expression either social norms or created manipulated truth. This is the truth one is continuously living and working in normal life too, where they are having family roles (Grand Parents, Mother, Father, Brother, Sister, Uncle, Aunt etc), Social Roles (Friend, Colleague etc), Official Roles(Senior, Junior, Colleague) and many others that we keep adapting and continuously following without a clarity in many aspects for the core Ego in many times moves between the Roles, Merge between the Roles, Rebel with the Roles, Deny the Roles. This is a dangerous moment for one never realizes the drastic energy blockage it is causing forcing the consciousness to be blocked in a moment of time and space allowing it to become redundant
