We had conducted Svara Vijnana (Basic) course at Keezhveeranam Ashram from 24-01-2016 to 26-01-2016.
We had Eight participants and it was a fun filled residential program, where the participants were able to grasp the depth of the course.
The course in itself covered the in-depth understanding of the breathing and how breathing controls everyday patterns of life and how the desires, intentions be it short term or long term can be attained by using certain energy chants and transforming the breathing patterns into energy to help attain the goals within life.
Some of the opinion of the participant I am sharing here.
No words can thank divine who has helped me to transfer the knowledge and learning I had gained through the uninterrupted chain of Divine Light Masters to those who participated.

Comment: We were blessed to have had this session on svara vigyan in keezhveeranam ashram.
Earlier we just knew we breathe thro our nostrils, but how breath shifts between left and right, how we can consciously shift breath and with chants work on intentions ,work on small goals done thro interesting exercises was fun.
The scope of working on the prana, how we can pass on healing energies in the vicinity and distance was amazing.
The way we formed groups and did exercises on thought reading and healing was exciting. Knew we can fine tune with regular practice.
On the whole the two day session opened us to the world of beauty and wonder of breath which normally we take for granted.
Our respects and gratitude to our Maitreyaji for the lovely session, working on it,looking forward to the next session in the ashram.
