The basic principle of Energy and Matter rests on the Pŕāna of the level of consciousness one is connected at without any veil of mirage consciousness (mā yā). The more one is connected at pure consciousness at any of the 118 levels of consciousness without the veil then the flow of the Pŕāna would be more deeper and more connected with the self than with the body or mind. The self here represent the energy and matter and it is this flow that allows one to transcend the path from one level of consciousness to another.
The beginning of this connection happens with the rooting happening of the self without any sense of wavering on to the ground and once properly earthed one finds that the Pŕāna increase happening within the Self at all levels. This increase is happening for the ground itself is firmly grounded in the vortex of space, While the space itself creates a balance for the Earth to be in stability without the veil of mirage consciousness holding it. The mirage consciousness occurs as clouds, seasons, natural changes or calamities on the face of earth which can transmit the creatures to a land of mirage and create a sense of fear and myths crop up.
Once the creation within the realm of earth are grounded and rooted the mirage consciousness shall have least effect on them except affecting them superfluously. This is the point where the Pŕāna is purest in that level of consciousness and can be transmitted from one life form to another, in many ways. Grounded feet hold the Spaceful of hands in place allowing the Pŕāna to flow through the hands and be transmitted through the palms and finger tips in the most natural manner. This transmission is helpful in flushing out the veil of mirage consciousness from the one seeks help and also to them who is providing the same.
